We are not a firm of consultants. We like to be hands on, working with and alongside you to effect the changes necessary to improve the performance of your business. We are interested in building relationships over a period of time up to 3 or 5 years.

We also work to the rule that rewards follow from and match results. We are paid a low level management fee (for example, over a 1 year contract), but the majority of the payment we receive is in the form of a bonus at the end of the contract, only if we have acted in accordance with the agreement we make with you, and we and you have seen the agreed Key Performance Indicators attained satisfactorily.
